We can fly drones commercially in both Canada and the USA, in various classes of airspace depending on the local authority and the risk to other air traffic and people.

We use the data collected by a UAV(Drone), Satellite, or Manned Airplane to find a unique solution to meet the clients needs. Quite often this data includes opographical data, high-resolution RGB imagery, multispectral imagery, thermal imagery or gas leak detection. Ex. We can use a UAV to detect & locate a potential pipeline gas leak. We then convey the location of the leak to the client.
Legally, we have to fly within visual line of sight (VLOS) of the visual obserser, however we are testing approvals for beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS) flight capabilities. Flight times are typically 35-140 mins depending on the UAV being used and the weather. Our max flight altitude is 400 ft. above the ground in order to comply with both Transport Canada & FAA regulations.
Not only are we UAV pilots, but we are experts in Land Survey, Sensors, Remote Sensing, and Geographical Information Systems (GIS), which allows us to complete a project from capture to reporting, thereby meeting specific, unique client requirements. We also use state-of-the-art, commercial/military grade UAVs, each utilizing extremely high quality sensors.
UAVs allow us to collect extremely high-resolution, accurate data over virtually any target, resulting in both time and cost-savings, as compared to traditional methods. Topographical data acquired from a UAV provides much more detail compared to traditional survey methods. UAVs also remove the human element form the equation, reducing human risk in the field.
We use: senseFly eBees (PPK/RTK Enabled), C-Astral Bramors, Aeryon Skyrangers, and some DJI products. Our high end systems are able to withstand adverse weather conditions, such as high winds, and have multiple redundant safety features.
